Speedy update.
I wrote for 42 weeks here about launching the Micro Blogs Online Course.
I did a lot of writing. It helped me work out my thinking.
For the most part, you have been with me since the beginning.
Thank you for sticking with me.
You are the OG's.
I know Three Wins has evolved, but I want to keep sharing what I learned about building, making, and launching the course.
Shall we?
- I made the last 3 corrections to the workbook and ordered 150 with our local printers.
- If you are on the 'Pre-Launch Test Team', workbooks are being sent out via FedEx on Friday.
- The site will go live on Oct 21st. Only for the Pre-Launch Test Team. (You know who are.)
- The Soft Launch Test Team, which consists of four teams, is sold out. It will begin on November 2nd.
- Gemma is uploading the videos to build the course this week. Working out email flows. And building the circles for all the teams of 9.
- I am trying to work out my password for the Apple Developer thingy so Gemma can populate the app. Otherwise, just start a new one.
- Making two short welcome films for 'Pre-Launch Test Team.
- The Micro Blogs Mastery two-day workshop. My challenge was to do it with not one slide. Again, 9 people. Worked really well.
- So far, I have done 4 live Beta tests. One live online Beta test. And a two-day mastery workshop. Plus, a 178-page workbook. And written a book, which I need to do a second draft.
- On October 18th, I will deliver the final live version of the Micro Blogs Workshop in London. If anyone is interested, there are 16 places left. I am sending a big email to 51,000 people on Thursday, so if you are interested, grab one before 11:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Big learning so far:
- There is another level that you can go to.
- It will take longer than you think. And you have to make it simpler to understand. For example: Stories are about change. I was this person. Now I am this person.
- What business are you really in? Yes, the course will teach you to write in a specific way that gets attention. But what it will do is to bring 9 people driven, smart, like-minded people together.
Random but interesting.
New Verb. Everesting.
(What can you learn from this - The importance of languaging.)
Have a great week.
