Three Wins.

Three-minute read. Or less.

Welcome to week thirty-two of Three Wins in this format, where I walk you through my process of launching an online course in 2024.

Even if you are not launching an online course, this will help you think about whatever you will launch.

  1. Time. 🕰️

This week, I started filming.

In the same week, Do Breakthrough happened on the farm.

So I juggled lighting saunas, making coffees, helping the team move stuff and, in between, filming.

Next week will be more productive.

But.

Last night's dinner was among the most inspiring I have ever witnessed.

Truly.

The stories that remarkable people shared gave me a small window into who they are, what they are about, and why it matters to them.

That was such a privilege.

I am more convinced than ever that Micro Blogs must build small teams.

I found out this week that Kajabi can build circles of 9. I can record a welcome podcast made individually for each team. (Thanks Claire.)

Who knows, maybe one day, the Micro Blog crew will gather on the farm and share their heartfelt stories.

A win.

From the Micro Blog Workbook.

  1. Money. 💰

I found this YouTube by Pat Flynn reassuring this week.

He made the point that accountability is the difference between finishing an online course, and not.

A course is no longer about just learning, it must make bring people together.

And the culture you build must be about getting everyone on the team across the finish line.

A win.

  1. Mojo. 🙏

I loved watching this.

It was a YouTube by David Perell on Jerry Seinfeld.

It reminded me about paying attention to your craft.

No distractions. Full focus. The write way is the hard way.

A win.

As always, I hope this was useful in some way.

Talk next weekend.

Have a good week.

David.
