Introduction
Three Wins.

Three Wins.

Rethink time, money and mojo in three minutes or less.

Welcome to week thirty-seven of Three Wins, where I walk you through my process of launching an online course in 2024.

Even if you are not launching an online course, this will help you think about whatever you will launch.

Back from Dublin.

Back home.

Back in the shed.

Shall we?

  1. Time. 🕰️

This week, I've been giving this thread some thought.

  • How good does your product have to be to spend no money on marketing?
  • The answer is damn good.
  • If not, the best.

For most businesses, more time is spent on marketing an ok product than coming up and building it to be a great product.

Hmmm.

Life is simple, business is simple, and success is simple.

Spend more time on what matters.

A win.

  1. Money. 💰

This is the big obvious thing.

If you can delay reward; if you can actually work without needing some kind of instant gratification, you can beat everybody.

Warren Buffett made 99% of his wealth after he turned 60.

You can have anything you want if you can wait.

Most people can't.

If you defeat short-term needs, if you can learn to persist, you won't have to worry about much.

A win.

  1. Mojo. 🙏

I got sent this from our eldest daughter.

Dan is now working with the biggest YouTuber on the planet: Mr Beast.

When he came to talk at the Do Wales he was a bit lost.

He wasn't sure which track to follow in life.

  • The good one.
  • Or, the not-so-good one.

When he left the farm, I told him he had the gift of talent. But it would go away if he didn't start looking after himself.

When I saw this, I was super proud of him.

A win.

As always, I hope this was useful in some way.

Talk soon.

Have a good week.

David.
