Welcome to week 41 of Three Wins, where I walk you through my process of launching an online course in 2024.

Even if you are not launching an online course, this will help you think about whatever you will launch.

Refreshed.

Short breaks work their magic on the body and soul.

Yay.

Shall we?

1. Time. 🕰️

Time teaches you not to force things.

Yesterday, I planned to film all day.

By time I finished food shopping and cooking the family meal, it was late afternoon.

No matter. I still had time. But.

Before I filmed the first lesson, I cleaned my glasses.

They broke in my hands.

I left the shed not having filmed a single lesson.

When the energy is fighting you, don’t fight it.

Time has thought me that.

This morning I filmed an entire Module in record time. (Without glasses)

A win.

2. Money. 💰

The future of money will be different.

One way to deal with that is to put your head in the sand.

Another way is to try and understand what flavour of different will it be.

This is worth investing some time to watch and understand it.

A win.

3. Mojo. 🙏

Long before I met him, I would look at the award books and study him.

When I got stuck, I would ask ’what would Jim Riswold write?’

He wrote some of the most iconic Nike advertising.

Think Michael Jordan. Think Spike Jonze. Think Tiger Woods.

I met him at Do USA. He had cancer then. His talk was his battle with it.

You should watch it.

It will give you the sense of the spirit of the man.

He was fearless, remarkable and the sort of person who would make you feel like he was having more fun dying than you were living.

As I waved him off at Do USA, he and his girlfriend got in the car to leave. He shouted: Chicks dig cancer.

Irreverent till the end.

RIP.

I count myself lucky to have met him.

A win.
