Leaning from building a community learning course.

Dear OG's,

As you followed me for 42 weeks as I planned and built the course, I wanted you to know what the learning has been with the beta test teams.

In short, lots.

For example, I just recorded a video answering all the questions in the comments. This is for those who have never read the user manual, including me.

We are making around 20 changes to the workbook. For example, the team missions bit should come at the start, not the end. Think of each bunch of changes like an upgrade of your phone software. It will never stop.

The app is still being built. But this will make the community a bit easier to join. It will be ready in the next week or so.

I am filming all the bonuses for those who complete the course next weekend.

Gemma and I are filming a 'How to use Kajabi film? Again, trying to make this as easy as we can.

The aim is to do a full launch in January. A whole year after I started working on it. But maybe that is the real lesson. It takes time to build something good.
