Make it easy to stay.

Today was a reminder of something important.

As of today, GrandMaster Amanda has been with us for ten years.

She had chosen to walk through the door each morning for all that time.

And tomorrow, she will have another decision to make.

All I can do is create a safe space where that decision is an easy one to make.
