I sent two of the amazing Do team off to an iconic 5-star hotel on the weekend.

When they checked in, they were asked where they had travelled from.

They replied,  ‘west Wales.’

And the receptionist asked the question above.

It was just one of the many stories they came back with.

I just wanted them to experience what world-class looks like, feels like, tastes like.

I know there are those who view training as a cost.

Not me.

You never lose by investing in your people.

EVEN IF, at some point, they leave.

Tomorrow at 5.30 am, four of the team head off to SXSW in Texas.

Oh, the stories they’ll tell.
