People is energy.

After a two year break, I am doing my first London Workshop in May.

One hundred good people will gather for the day.

I confess it took me too long to learn the most important of lessons.

To shut the hell up.

Sure my job was to share knowledge.

But my real job was to get people talking to each other.

I was the kindling.

Not the fire.

The energy in the room was always on fire after learning that.
